- Purpose
- An amendmment in the nature of a substitute, printed as amendment No. 3 in the Congressional Record of September 25, 1995, to require the employee involvement groups permitted under the bill to be completely controlled by the employees, and discuss only those issues which pertain pertaining to the group. The substitute would permit the establishment of workplace teams created to consider product design and quality, provided there is no labor organization at the workplace and the employer does not interfere with the conditions of employee participation.
