Amendment sought to eliminate $533 million for advanced procurement of additional B-2 bombers.
Purpose
An amendment to delete those provisions of the bill which lift the cost and quantity caps on the B-2 Stealth bomber. The amendment would retain the provisions of current law limiting the number of B-2 bombers that may be produced to 20 in number and at a cost of no more than $44 million.
