Res. 208 and printed as amendment No. 2-1 in House Rept. 104-224, to restore funding for the Title X family planning program by appropriating $193 million in funds for Title X programs and reducing funding for the Maternal and ChildHealth Block Grant program and the Community and Migrant Health Centers program by a comensurate amount.
