- An amendment not preprinted in the Congressional Record, to strike 1.7 million for the Operation and Maintenance account of the Army; $20.6 million from the Operation and Maintenance Account of the Air Force; $16.5 million from the Operation and Maintenance Account of the Navy Reserve; 2.7 million from the Operation and Maintenance Account of the Marine Corps Reserve; and 9.5 million from the Operation and Maintenance account of the Air National Guard.
