- An amendment, printed as amendment No. 49 in the Congressional Record of June 20, 1995 to reduce all foreign aid programs by 1% across the board. The amendment would exempt Export and Investment Assistance, the Development Assistance Fund, the Development Fund for Africa, International Disaster Assistance, the African Development Foundation, the Inter-American Foundation, the Peace Corps, International Narcotics Control, Anti-Terrorism Assistance, the Nonproliferation and Disarmament Fund, the International Development Association, and the Asian Development Fund.
