- Purpose
- An amendment to specify that none of the funds made available in the bill for the Army Corps of Engineers Upper Mississippi River-Illinois Waterway System Navigation Study shall not be used to study any portion of the Upper Mississippi River above the dam at Moline, Illinois. The amendment would exempt any system-wide environmental baseline study conducted pursuant to the National Environmental Policy Act.
