- An amendment, printed as amendment No. 34 in the Congressional Record of June 20, 1995 to cut economic support funds and military assistance to Turkey until the State Department reports to Congress on Turkey's progress on extending political and economic rights to its Kurdish minority, and until Turkey lifts its blockade of Armenia and withdraws troops from Cyprus.
