- Purpose
- An amendment, printed as amendment No. 4 in part 2 of House Rept. 103-147, to proportionally reduce aid to any country that provides financial assistance to Cuba in completing construction of a nuclear power plant in Cienfuegos, Cuba. The amendment would require a dollar-for-dollar reduction in aid for any country providing such assistance.
