- Purpose
- An amendment, printed in as amendment No. 81 in the Congressional Record of June 27, 1995, to prohibit any funds appropriated in the bill to provide assistance for Mexico reduces the drugs entering the U.S. from Mexico by 10% from the previous year, and apprehends and prosecutes individuals involved in corruption, drug trafficking or money laundering, and pursues international anti-drug trafficking initiatives.
