- An amendment, printed as amendment No. 30 in the Congressional Record of May 9) to modify the provisions of the bill relating to stormwater discharge management. The amendment would relax requirement standards requirements for municipal stormwater programs, similar to the provisions of the bill, but would leave in place current standards for industry stormwater discharge.
