- An amendment to exclude the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms from the provisions of the bill relaxing the exclusionary rule. Under the amendment, evidence acquired by the BATF without a warrant would not be permissible in court even if it were obtained in good faith that the search was legal.
