- Purpose
- An amendment (printed as amendment No. 18 in the Congressional Record of February 22, 1995) to extend the moratorium on regulatory rulemaking to include actions with respect to determining that a wildlife species should be placed on the list of endangered or threatened species. The amendment would extend the moratorium for such regulations until reauthorization of the Endangered Species Act, or December 31, 1996, whichever is earlier.
