- Amendment sought to add a new section which provides guidelines for ascertaining credit against assessment for expenditures in support of United Nations peacekeeping operations.
- Purpose
- An amendment to add a new section to the bill which provides guidelines for ascertaining credit against assessment for expenditures in support of United Nations peacekeeping operations. The amendment also requires the President to report annually as well as quarterly to Congress on the total amount of incremental costs incurred by DOD during the preceding year and the preceding quarter to support or participate in UN peacekeeping operations.
