- An amendment consisting of two amendments, offered en bloc, to expand the provisions of the bill requiring federal agencies to prepare an analysis of regulations which may result in costs of $100 million or more. The amendment would also require the federal agencies to prepare an analysis for any proposed regulation that may result in the elimination of 10,000 jobs.
