- Amendment provides that any Member of the House, if supported by 49 other Members, may move to strike the disapproval of any rescission (or rescissions) of budget authority or any proposed repeal of a targeted tax benefit, as applicable.
- Purpose
- An amendment to provide that, during consideration of a disapproval resolution by the House, 50 Members can request a vote on a motion to strike an individual rescission or an individual veto of a tax benefit from the disapproval resolution.
