Amendment109th Congress
At the end of section 601 add the following new subsection: \ (k) SENSE OF THE CONGRESS.--It is the sense of the Congress that due to the diplomatic, economic, and military importance of China and the Middle East, international exchange and foreign language education programs under the Higher Education Act of 1965 should focus on the learning of Chinese and Arabic language and culture.
