- Purpose
- An amendment consisting of several technical amendments deemed adopted pursuant to the provisions of H. Res. 570. The amendment also adds a new section to express that it is the sense of Congress that, under the circumstances which existed prior to the conclusion of the Port-au-Prince Agreement, the Constitutional would have required the President to obtain Congressional approval before ordering U.S. forces to invade Congress.
