- Purpose
- An amendment to require the Secretary of Transportation to submit not later than April 1 of each year after the date of enactment of this Act, to the Committee on Merchant Marine and Fisheries of the House and the Committee on Commerce, Science and Transportation of the Senate, a report describing in detail the status of implementation of the Vessel Traffic Service in all the ports ranked in the Port Needs Study issued by the Coast Guard in 1991.
