Amendment authorizes EPA to provide assistance to other Federal agencies that support environmental technology exports for the purpose of demonstrating the feasibility of environmental technology made primarily in the U.S. and used in other nations. \ As amended by the Walker amendment (A006), language was added to clarify that the above will not be applicable if the President determines that any provision of the section being amended is actionable under GATT or any other international agreement to which the U.S. is a party.
