- Purpose
- An amendment to the Cunningham amendment eliminating the specific language of the amendment and stating that no private lands within the boundaries of the Mojave National Park that are scheduled for acquisition shall be subject to any of the rules or regulations applicable solely to federal lands and may be used in accordance with and to the extent allowed by applicable existing law.
