- Purpose
- An amendment to provide that owners of private lands within the boundaries of the Mojave National Park (other than the Catellus Development Corp.) whose lands are to be acquired by the Federal Government shall be entitled to the "full use and enjoyment" of their lands, until said land is purchased, and that nothing in the bill shall be construed as imposing any limitation upon the use of these lands.
