- An amendment consisting of the elements of H.R. 1257. The amendment would increase the number of cities for which data must be provided from 25 to 75. Companies would be required to provide information about the race and gender of policy applicants. Smaller companies would be exempt from the bill's requirements and the names of companies which provide information would not be revealed.
