Amendment originally sought to reduce the authorization for programs under the Environmental Technologies Act from $80 million to $65 million for FY 1995 and from $120 million to $65 million for FY 1996. \ As amended by the Brown substitute amendment (A009), the above was replaced with language which reduces the FY 1995 authorization for programs under the Environmental Technologies Act from $80 million to $70 million.
