- An amendment comprised of 4 amendments offered en bloc which allows continued use of motorized vehicles on approximately 200 roads and trails (totaling over 1,000 miles) in the BLM and national park wilderness areas designated by the bill. The roads and trails are those that have been mapped by the U.S. Geological Survey and Auto Club of Southern California.
