Amendment sought to require school districts which receive title I (Improved Education for Disadvantaged Children) funds to report on the number of students enrolled in the school system, the number of students who are not lawfully in the U.S., the number of students who are lawfully in the U.S. but who do not have at least one parent or legal guardian who is lawfully in the U.S., and the average per pupil expenditure of the local educational agency.
