Amendments en bloc: (1) require the Federal Government to incarcerate or to reimburse States and localities for the costs of incarcerating undocumented aliens; (2) allow law enforcement officials and courts access to criminal history information in stalking and domestic violence cases; (3) protect the privacy of information provided to State motor vehicle departments; (4) require State prison inmates to exhaust the prison's administrative remedies prior to filing an action in Federal court; (5) restrict the ability to bring suits based on prison overcrowding; and (6) prohibit prisoners from engaging in weight training or martial arts instructions.
