Amendments en bloc: (1) require the dissemination to interested communities, businesses, and defense workers and members of the Armed Forces of a list of Federal economic adjustment programs; (2) prohibit the transfer of the Naval Academy Preparatory School from Rhode Island to Maryland; and (3) require the Secretary of Defense to develop a detailed plan to coordinate development and implementation of Theater Missile Defense programs with our allies to avoid duplication and reduce costs.
