Amendment originally sought to require Members of the House to sign an oath not to willfully disclose classified information before such information could be provided to a Member. \ As amended by the Glickman substitute amendment (A007), the above was replaced with language that extends the requirement to sign an oath not to disclose classified information to Members of Congress, and officers and employees of the executive branch.
