- Amendment sought to delete language which allows the Executive Office of the President to transfer funds from one White House account to another in fiscal year 1993.
- Purpose
- An amendment to eliminate the provisions in the bill which allow the transfer of funds between accounts appropriated to the Executive Office, provided such transfers do not increase or decrease any account by more than 4%, and provided that any transfer be approved in advance by the House and Senate Appropriations Committees.
