- Amendment sought to ensure that loans made under the Civilian Technology Development Program be made to businesses which are at least 51% owned or controlled by middle class Americans.
- Purpose
- An amendment to ensure that the provisions of the bill which make loans available under the Civilian Technology and Civilian Technology Development Programs shall be made to businesses which are at least 51% owned or controlled by middle class Americans. The amendment would define middle class Americans as individuals whith adjusted gross incoms between $15,000 and $85,000 per year.
