- To provide that none of the funds made available in this Act to the Department of Housing and Urban Development may be used to provide any individual assistance or benefit to any individual or entity in the United States unless the Federal entity or official to which the funds are made available takes reasonable actions to determine whether the individual is in a lawful immigration status in the United States.
