- To express the sense of the Senate that the North Atlantic Treaty Organization should invite Poland, the Czech Republic, Hungary and Slovakia to accede to the North Atlantic Treaty under Article 10 of the treaty at such time as each is in a position to further the principles of the Treaty and contribute to the security of the North Atlantic area.
