- Purpose
- To provide a supplemental appropriation of $300,000 to continued necessary functions assigned by law to the Council on Environmental Quality as requested by the administration, offset by a recission of funds previously provided for the Chemical Safety and Hazard Investigation Board. The amendment also repeals a limitation on OSTP staffing as requested by the administration and has no budgetary impact.
