- To reduce funding for salaries and expenses of the Executive Office of the President, to provide for an investigation by the Comptroller General of the United States with respect to the White House travel office, to provide funds for the Home Investment Partnerships Program and for the cost of guaranteed loans of the Federal Housing Administration, to provide funds for community development activities and agriculture; natural disaster assistance in areas impacted by Hurricane Andrew, Hurricane Iniki or Typhoon Omar, and to authorize the Architect of Capitol to acquire certain property.
