- An amendment numbered 3 printed in part B of House Report 110-300 to title IX authorizes the Administrator of the EPA to enter into an arrangement with the Secretary of Education & the Secretary of Energy to conduct a study of how sustainable building features such as energy efficiency affect multiple perceived indoor environmental quality stressors on students in K-12 schools. The authorization for carrying out this section $200,000 for each of the fiscal years 2008 through 2012.
