- An amendment numbered 9 printed in Part B of House Report 110-300 to repeal the availability of Federal eminent domain authority for use by companies permitted by FERC to construct or modify transmission lines within National Interest Electric Transmission Corridors. In place of this, the amendment would amend section 216(e) of the Federal Power Act to require permitted companies to proceed in accordance with state law.
