At the end of the bill, add the following new section: \ SEC. __. TEACHER RETENTION REPORT. \ Not later than one year after implementation of the Head Start teacher qualifications and development under amendments made by this Act, the Secretary of Health and Human Services shall submit to Congress a report on Head Start teacher retention levels.
