At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: TITLE VI--ADDITIONAL GENERAL PROVISIONS SEC. 601. None of the funds made available in this Act may be used for the Southwestern Pennsylvania Heritage Preservation Commission in Hollidaysburg, Pennsylvania; the Westsylvania Heritage Corporation in Hollidaysburg, Pennsylvania; and the Progress Fund in Greensburg, Pennsylvania.
