- An amendment in the nature of a substitute to the Udall (CO) amendment to limit the ability to file disclaimers with regard to any lands in National Parks, Wilderness Areas, Wilderness Study Areas, National Wildlife Refuges, National Monuments, military bases, or any roads except public highways, roads. or streets that are traveled ways maintained by a county or incorporated municipality, over which a conventional two-wheel drive vehicle may travel, and with regard to private property.
