- An amendment numbered four printed in House Report 108-751 to require the President to submit a report to the congressional intelligence and judiciary committees on the practicality of integrating the Drug Enforcement Administration into the intelligence community. Although DEA Agents are gathering intelligence on al Qaeda's involvement in narcoterrorism, currently they are not officially part of the intelligence community.
