- An amendment numbered 23 printed in House Report 108-751 to promote the Special Assistant to the Secretary for the Private Sector to an Undersecretary of Homeland Security for the Private Sector and Tourism. Makes the Undersecretary for the Private Sector and Tourism liaise with theCommerce Department on ways to increase tourism to the United States.
