Amendment108th Congress
At the end of the bill (before the short title) insert the following new section: \ SEC. __. None of the funds appropriated under this Act may be used by the Secretary of Education to administer or pay any special allowance under section 438(b)(2)(B) of the Higher Education Act of 1965 (20 U.S.C. 1087-1(b)(2)(B)) pursuant to the provisions of section 682.302(e)(2) of the regulations of the Department of Education (34 CFR 682.302(e)(2)).
