At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: \ LIMITATION ON CONTRACTS \ SEC.__. None of the funds made available under this Act may be used to fund any contract in contravention of section 8(d)(6) of the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 637(d)(6)).
