At the end of title III (page 11, after line 8), insert the following new section: \ SEC. 304. SENSE OF CONGRESS. \ It is the Sense of Congress that the head of each element of the intelligence community, including the Central Intelligence Agency, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and the intelligence elements of the Department of Defense, the Department of State, and the Department of the Treasury should make available upon a request from a committee of Congress with jurisdiction over matters relating to the Office of the Iraq Oil-for-Food Program of the United Nations, any information and documents in the possession or control of such element in connection with any investigation of that Office by such a committee.
