At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following new section: \ TITLE V--ADDITIONAL GENERAL PROVISIONS \ SEC. 501. None of the funds made available in this Act may be used to permit recreational snowmobile use in Yellowstone National Park, the John D. Rockefeller Jr. Memorial Parkway, and Grand Teton National Park.
