At the end of title VI (page 43, after line 2), add the following: \ SEC. . LIMITATION ON USE OF FUNDS TO ACQUIRE ENGINES FOR INTEGRATED DEEP WATER SYSTEM. \ None of the funds authorized in this Act may be used to acquire any main propulsion diesel engine for the Coast Guard's Integrated Deep Water System unless the engine is manufactured in the United States.
