In section 201, add at the end the following new subsection: \ (f) PROHIBITION ON CONTACT WITH MEMBER STATES SUBJECT TO SANCTIONS.--An employee from of any United Nations entity, bureau, division, department, or specialized agency may not have unauthorized contact, including business contact, with a Member State that is subject to United Nations sanctions.
