Amendment prohibits the use of funds for the Department of the Interior to enter into or renew any concession contract except a concession contract that includes a provision that requires that merchandise for sale at units of the National Park System be made in any State of the U.S., D.C., the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, American Samoa, or the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands.
