Amendment expresses that it is the sense of Congress that the Department of Defense should ensure full compliance throughout the acquisition process with the Berry Amendment and the Buy American Act and further, expresses the sense of Congress that the Department of Defense should not procure products made by manufacturers in the United States that violate labor standards as defined under the laws of the United States.
