Amendment111th Congress
At the end of title IV, add the following new section: SEC. 407. CONSTRUCTION OF ACT ON COMPETITION REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ACQUISITION OF SERVICES. Nothing in this Act or the amendments made by this Act shall be construed to affect the competition requirements of section 2304 of title 10, United States Code, with respect to the acquisition of services.
